Roofing is most of what we do, but interior work is real work we’ve done, and it runs on the same terms: an exact written price before anything starts, and no money until you’re happy with it. Here’s what that looks like inside your house, and how to tell if your project is a fit.
When a Roof Leak Has Already Reached the Inside
This is where the two halves of the business meet. If water has already stained the ceiling or soaked a wall, fixing the drywall is part of making the house whole again. It makes little sense to bring in a second contractor who wasn’t there when the roof was opened and doesn’t know what the water did on the way down.
How It Works Inside Your House
You get an exact written price before any work begins, and you don’t pay a deposit. The job gets cleaned up at the end of every day, because unlike a roof, you’re living inside an interior job while it happens.
A kitchen has far more decisions in it than a tear-off, so the scope and the price go on paper in detail before anything is demolished. Any change is priced and agreed before it happens, not added up at the end.

Is remodeling your main business?
No. Roofing is, and we’d rather say that plainly than suggest a full remodeling division we don’t have. Interior work is something we’ve done and will take on where it’s a good fit.
Do the same payment terms apply?
Written price before work starts and no money up front, yes. A longer interior project may be broken into phases, and if so, that’s written out in detail before you agree to anything.
