How We Work on the Inside of a House

The rules do not change indoors. You get an exact written price before any work begins. You do not pay a deposit. The job gets cleaned up at the end of every day, because unlike a roof, an interior job is one you are living inside while it happens.

Interior work is less forgiving of vagueness than roofing, because a kitchen has far more decisions in it than a tear-off does, so the scope and the price go on paper in detail before anything is demolished, and any change is priced and agreed before it happens rather than tallied up at the end.

We would rather tell you honestly that a particular job is not the right fit for us than take it and do it slowly. Call and describe what you are planning, and you will get a straight answer about whether we are the right people for it, which is the same answer you would get about a roof.

Storm and Water Damage Repair

The one place the two sides of the business meet directly is water damage. When a roof leak has already reached the ceiling or the walls, the interior repair is part of putting the house right, and it makes little sense to hand that to a separate contractor who was not there when the roof was opened.
